Fairmont Mayakoba Playa del Carmen, Playa del Carmen

Staying in the jungle casitas along the canal was a delightful experience, always surrounded by lush greenery. The rooms were spacious, extremely comfortable, and well-attended by the attentive staff. The only minor drawback was some signs of aging.

Staying at this hotel was like being in a jungle oasis with always green surroundings. The rooms, though showing some age, were extremely comfortable and perfectly prepared for my arrival. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and accommodating staff always ready to assist. The location, in the midst of a well-kept jungle with plenty of wildlife to view, offered a unique and peaceful experience. The dining options were varied, with some meals standing out more than others. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything needed for a relaxing stay.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The beach casita we stayed in was extremely clean and comfortable, providing all the necessities we needed for our little one. The connection with nature throughout the property was beautiful, although it would have been even more perfect if it had been complimentary since the hotel was only 13% full.

My stay at the hotel was truly out of this world. The rooms, while not extravagant, were very nice and offered direct beach access, making it an amazing experience. However, the room size was slightly smaller than expected, with no space for a sitting area and just two beds.
